Counselling
Counselling
Are you finding it hard to get through the day? Perhaps there is an issue which is bothering you, or a general sense of frustration, upset or numbness? Or do you just need someone to talk to?
Counselling is a talking therapy where you get to decide how much or how little of your life that you’d like to share. I will listen and help you understand why you are feeling as you do. Together, we will work to find understanding and solutions that will help you move forward to a healthier, happier life.
In my offices in Christchurch, Dorset, you will find a safe and comfortable space where you can explore what is troubling you. By talking through your issues, we will find a way for you to get back to a healthier, happier life. Counselling has been known to be beneficial for a variety of issues, including:
Abuse & Trauma
Addiction
Affairs & Betrayals
Anger Management
Anxiety
Bereavement
Body Dysmorphic Disorder
Bullying
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/ME
Depression
Emotional Eating

Most people will attend counselling for an hour session every week at my offices in Highcliffe, Dorset, but this can vary depending on what you feel is best for you. For me, it’s essential that you feel I am the right person to help you with this, which is why I offer a free and informal chat over the phone to anyone who thinks they may benefit from counselling.
