Do you have goals for better health, career or relationships, but you’re not quite sure how to achieve them? Maybe you’ve given it a few tries, but you can’t quite make it across the finish line?
Coaching is all about realising and building on your own strengths. It’s been said that the task of a life coach is “unlocking a person’s potential to maximise their growth”. It can help you become healthier inside and out, as well as more confident and assertive. From my offices in Christchurch, Dorset, I primarily provide two aspects of coaching:
Many of those who seek wellness coaching have spent years looking for ways to become healthier. They might have tried a range of diets and exercise regimes, but never quite managed to stick to something and are left feeling frustrated and disheartened as a result. Others are looking for help with managing a health condition which can be improved by lifestyle choices, such as type-2 diabetes.
Wellness coaching focuses on your relationship with your body and your mind. By looking at factors such as stress, exercise and healthy eating, we will work together to help you achieve a healthier life.
Life coaching is all about addressing and achieving your goals in life. You might be an entrepreneur heading for a new business endeavour, or you’re looking to progress in your current career or even change it completely.
Many will also turn to life coaching in order to become more confident, assertive and successful in their relationships.
In life coaching we explore your past, your present and your strengths. Together, we will find the tools to help you progress and overcome any barriers you might face.
